There will be testing room available :
On Tuesday 18.5.2021 test room will operate from 17:00 - 20:30 (Priority players who will play next day)
On Wednesday 19.5.2021 test room will operate from 17:00 - 20.00 (Priority players who will play next day)
For this tournament to be a safe event, we require everyone's cooperation! We ask everybody to follow these guidelines and to not endanger others, otherwise you can lose your accreditation, which also means that you won´t be allowed to go back into the venue!

There will be mandatory testing for all participants on the day of arrival and after another 48h.
We will offer two type testing :
The screening antigen test will be preformed in hotel DRAŠ.
For PCR test you will need to book an appointment where medical staff will perform test.

Short health checks (taking body temperature, asking for symptoms) will be done on everyone entering the venue. Anyone with temperature over 37,8° C measured on the forehead will have to wait for a second temperature check. Should the second temperature check confirm the temperature, it will be treated as a potential symptom (see next paragraph).
In case of symptoms
If you have any of the following symptoms of COVID, inform the Tournament Director Matevž Šrekl
immediately, so that a COVID test can be arranged!
In case of a positive test
If a person tests positive, they have to self-isolate either in the venue or in their hotel room, until the local health authorities have decided on a course of action. If players are unable to play due to isolation or testing responsibilities, they are withdrawn from the tournament. Please be aware that the interpretation of tests and the following procedure will be decided by the local health authorities (not by the organizers)!
Costs and insurance
The organizer and BEC cannot be held accountable for any costs incurred related to COVID-19 during the tournament like further tests, quarantine or medical care (eg. hospitalization). These costs have to be paid by the person involved! It is up to each participant to insure themselves.
Breaches of COVID protocol
